We offer two distinct types of support depending on your current situation: Emergency Food Parcels for immediate crisis support, and our Community Larder for affordable, flexible grocery shopping.
Emergency Food Parcel
If you are facing an immediate financial crisis and cannot afford food, our Emergency Food Parcel scheme provides short-term, essential relief.
How It Works:
- 3-Day Emergency Supply: Packed with nutritionally balanced, non-perishable food items to support you and your household through a crisis.
- 100% Free of Charge: There is absolutely no cost for receiving an emergency parcel.
- Referral Required: To access this service, you must be referred by a partner agency (such as local health workers, social services, citizens advice, or housing officers).
- Trussell Trust Partner: Delivered in partnership with the Trussell Trust, ensuring high standards of care, confidentiality, and dignity.
Community Larder
Our Community Larder is an affordable, accessible option designed to help stretch your weekly household budget while reducing food waste.
How It Works:
- £5 Fee Per Visit: Pay a simple £5 membership fee every time you shop with us.
- Choose Any 20 Items: Select up to 20 food and household items of your choice from our available stock each shop.
- Order Online 24/7: Browse and place your order online whenever it suits you best.
- Reinvested in the Larder: Every pound raised from membership fees is directly reinvested into re-stocking essential goods for the larder.
- No referral: This is an open service available to anyone. No referral is needed,just get in contact with us
