This service is specifically designed for people who are less mobile or have difficulty preparing meals for themselves.

Ordering Mobile Meals: Hassle-Free Delivery
We make ordering as simple as possible so you can spend less time worrying about food and more time enjoying it.
At the beginning of each week, we’ll drop off the menu for the week ahead. All you need to do is pick your favourite dishes and let us know which days you’d like them delivered.
We collect your choices a couple of days later and handle everything until the following week. We then drop off your delicious, prepared meals and hand you the next week’s menu.
It’s a smooth, simple weekly routine designed to ensure you always have access to a hearty meal.
The Full Details
Our service operates 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, in Stranraer. You can choose whatever day you wish to have your food delivered during these 5 days. Some people like to have a meal just on a Monday, others would like a meal on all 5 days. Currently we do not offer the service in village locations, but it will be something that we will be looking at soon.
The choices are from a Soup Starter, Main Course and Dessert. Again, you can choose any mixture of those. If there is nothing that takes your fancy, then you can opt for the filled roll. This has a choice of filling and comes with a packed of crisps, a chocolate bar and a piece of fruit.
We don’t just deliver the food. We will also make a quick welfare check to make sure you are well and happy. We can also pop the meal on a plate for you, or pop it in the fridge for later if that helps.
Our delivery team are PVG checked and have been running services like this for a number of years, so are empathic towards your needs.
We would love to give this service for free as we do in the main cafe, but to run this service we have overhead costs such as staff, food costs, trays and tubs, as well as running our van. We have tried to keep the costs down as much as we can. The following prices are applicable –
- Soup Starter – £1.80
- Main Course – £3.50
- Dessert – £1.80
- Filled Roll – £3.50 (comes with a pack of crisps, chocolate bar and a piece of fruit)
- Delivery – £1.00
Payments
Generally payments are taken at the beginning of the week being served. We are able to take cash, cheque or direct payment to the bank. We also offer the service of holding a retainer to take the fees out each week. Whatever works best for you
